Using QuickView

phpBMS enables you to find client information very quickly using QuickView.

1. To access it, go to Client -> QuickView.

2. Type in the client first or last name, or the company name. As you type the database will be searched giving you suggestions until you are able to find the client record of interest.

3. Click the client record of interest and then the 'view' button. The client information will be displayed below.

4. (optional) If you need to make a change to the client record or see further information, click the 'i' icon next to the Company or Client name in the results.
