Printing Reports
phpBMS allows you to print and export many different reports. Generally printing a report starts with navigating to a Search Screen such as Clients, Products, etc. and doing a search. Once some results are visible you can click on one and then click the printer icon just above the results table.
Next you will see the Print/Export? screen where you can select the type of report you want. All paths to the Print/Export? screen will give you the Raw Table Export, Raw Table Print designer jeans, and SQL Export options. Other types of report such as PDF forms and Labels will appear where they've been enabled (usually only where appropriate).
If you want to control the data or sorting of the data that appears on the report, you can click the double down arrow next to 'more options'. This will allow you to expand the report to include all records from the starting Search Screen or to use a 'saved search'. The Sort section under more options will allow you budget hotels to further manage the order of records included in the report.
